How much does delivery cost?

Delivery of GlitterBug products to Australian locations is $15.00, and delivery to international locations is $50.00.

How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?

We generally ship your order the same business day as payment is processed and confirmed. Australian customers can expect to receive their delivery within three business days of the order being placed. Delivery times to overseas customers will take longer to arrive, and it is difficult to estimate. We will contact you via email with any delivery estimates provided by our transport company.

Do you deliver to Post Office Boxes?

As we ship most standard size Australian deliveries by Australia Post, most orders can be sent to an Australian PO Box. You are welcome to confirm this with us.

What currency are your products listed in?

All prices quoted on this website are in Australian Dollars, unless explicitly stated as otherwise.

What sales taxes are payable?

Australian customers must pay 10% GST on all orders. We do not collect sales tax on international orders. This is calculated based on the billing address provided. We are not responsible for any import tax which you may have to pay if you are not receiving delivery in Australia.

What import taxes are payable in my country?

In short: we don’t know. This varies massively depending on the item’s value and the receiving country. Please ask your local customs authority for full details. You are welcome to contact us for a general idea based on past experiences, but we can’t guarantee what we say about this is accurate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Master Card. We also accept bank deposits to our Australian bank account. This is selectable in the checkout.
